At the time I didn't really think anything of it but when he left the company we realised how good he actually was as a broker. Please let me explain, now I used the company in question again but mistakes kept happening for eg incorrect EX rates, confusion between different currencies but most of all it was the complete lack of consideration, communication and failure to recognise the importance of keeping clients. In other words they could not care less if I trade with them or not. It was only Jaysen Mohur so I thought I would give his company a try. Now let me explain why I value Jaysen and the company he has created so much. As a busy business owner it is important that my time is productive so to have Jaysen call me at the right time when I am going to get the best rate is a rarity in the FX market and in my opinion this is because normally you only get calls from FX companies when the rate is bad and they desperately need the trade and will spin you any old line to get it. Something along the lines of if you don't trade now it will only get worse. With Jaysen you do not get this approach as his highest priority is getting the best deal for his customer. Secondly you tend to get a lot of form filling with other FX companies which is not very productive for me. With Planet FX you can email Jaysen with the amount needed and the invoice that needs paying and its done. 5 mins of my time and the peace of mind that my trade is correct and going to the right person. Finally and my biggest complaint about FX companies again in my opinion. Once you trade they keep your funds in a holding account for sometimes up to a week to claim interest on funds that were never theirs in the first place. What a liberty. With Planet FX your tade is sent the same day if not the same hour."
